Reopening of potato giant Frittenwerk in Karlsruhe

Major cities such as Dortmund, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Düsseldorf have had their own French fry factories for quite some time. Since July 12, 2019, Karlsruhe can now also boast its own Frittenwerk , located directly on the ground floor of the POSTGALERIE in the city center.

"French fries are fried rays of sunshine," and anyone who visits Frittenwerk can now enjoy them in abundance and in numerous varieties—that's the promise made by the potato giant. Here, classic snacks meet diverse street food creations from around the world. The special house cut immediately reveals that these are not frozen products. Cut wide and fried using a special technique, the fries have an extra crispy crust and a juicy, soft center. And they are 100 percent gluten-free!
