Following cities like Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Aschaffenburg, the fan-shaped city now also has its own noodle spot. This new restaurant offers the finest soups, noodle bowls, fried wheat noodles, dumplings, and many other delicacies.
Healthy, Asian fast food has been available at Karlsruher Nudel Ding since spring 2025
Karlsruhe is delighted to welcome a new restaurant in the food court of Ettlinger Tor. Across from Bratar, right next to Maloa, all Karlsruhe residents can now immerse themselves in traditional Chinese cuisine and indulge themselves at Das Nudel Ding. Whether boiled or fried, hot or cold, with meat, vegetarian or vegan – fans of Asian (noodle) dishes will find their money's worth here. With its traditional Chinese cuisine, authenticity is the primary focus: With no added flavor enhancers and fresh ingredients, the noodle dishes taste just like they would in China. Orders are taken at the counter in the rear of the restaurant, and the selection leaves nothing to be desired:
- Lamb noodle soup
- Rice noodle soup with beef and sauerkraut
- Wonton soup
- Noodles with peanut sauce with different variations
- Wheat noodles with minced meat, pork or vegetarian
- dumplings
and all this without glutamate!
A real insider tip, you should definitely try the traditional beef noodle soup. Tender beef in a rich beef broth, perfectly seasoned with pak choi, coriander, spring onions, and noodles.
