Claudia Áamo Masanet and Lennart Geist are the two owners who have realized their dream with The Door bar in Karlsruhe. In a rustic vaulted cellar with impressive stone walls, the two have created an extravagant cocktail bar that captivates with its enchantingly beautiful drawings and loving details. The heart of the bar is the counter, which invites guests to watch the cocktail artists at work.

Highballs and Liquid Kitchen at The Door in the fan-shaped city

The well-known drink with the special name "highballs" is a combination of a base spirit, optional additional ingredients, a carbonated drink such as soda water or ginger ale as a filler, and lots of ice cubes. Unlike a long drink, the filler is not served separately but is already poured in. The mixing ratio is therefore fixed.
