Yollie - the Popice Café with new concept store
The interior of the well-known Yollie - the Popice Café is now also available for your own home & thus quasi "Yollie" to go!
The Yollie - the Popice Café in the southern Waldstraße has been a feel-good oasis in the heart of Karlsruhe's city center for over two years: soul food and breakfast all day long, handmade Popicemodern coffee specialties and a real vacation feeling - this is where Karlsruhe residents can switch off from everyday life and unwind.

Many guests were particularly taken with the relaxed ambience, which is reminiscent of a beach bar: "People kept asking where we got our interior and decor from. That's when I had the idea of integrating a concept store," reports owner Franziska. No sooner said than done, the first selected pieces moved into the café in December 2022:

- Vases
all with the Yollie look and feel. With a little skill, Franziska has managed to integrate the concept store perfectly into the small café: "We don't have that much space, but the back area of the café was simply ideal for placing the concept store there," she reports.

A look around the concept store reveals Franziska's taste in interiors and clothing: modern decorative elements, lamps with a raffia look, lovingly draped cushions and blankets, as well as a selection of clothes reminiscent of Franziska's own closet: beige blouses and tunics, white knitted sweaters and dresses. "For my customers, I simply choose what I like myself and what I would wear in the same way," Franziska reveals. And she has been successful with this, as the demand for the concept store is high. She recently launched the brand "Kleinigkeitenliebe" brand into the range. The jewelry brand is represented in the form of earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings. "We have lots of lovely little gift ideas here for a loved one or for yourself," says Franziska. "There are also some people who come to the café and specifically head for the concept store in search of a gift," she reveals.
Naturally, the concept store's range also includes a selection of room fragrances. "The "heaven" fragrance is particularly popular. In the past, guests have repeatedly asked us what smells so good in our bathroom. It was immediately clear that our customers would also like to bring the fragrance into their own homes and that we would include it in our range," explains Franziska.
