New ambience, new inspirations - PapierFischer is open again

After more than six months of renovation and redesign, PapierFischer has now reopened its doors at Kaiserstrasse 130 in July 2025 and impresses with a modern ambience, redesign of the entire sales area, new brands and a special concept store.

"Everything that has inspired and inspired me in other stores over the years can now be found in many places here at PapierFischer," says Gabriele Calmbach-Hatz, Managing Director of PapierFischer. And it is precisely these inspirations and new designs that the people of Karlsruhe can experience as soon as they enter through the main entrance of the store.

Directly at the entrance, a selection of very special cards for every occasion stretches across the left-hand side, where the till used to be: gold embossed, as a puzzle, with unusual greetings - here you will find cards that are not available everywhere. To the right is a real highlight of the new store: the PapierFischer concept store. "We will always be presenting new ideas for work, lifestyle, household or gift inspiration here," says Gabriele Calmbach-Hatz.

With great attention to detail, a modern store with boutique charm has been created here in the heart of the city center. The range extends from high-quality furnishing products and gift ideas to writing materials - now including new fountain pen brands such as Visconti - and, above all, advice in these areas. PapierFischer is also home to the new Montblanc store (writing instruments, leather goods & accessories), which can only be found here exclusively in Baden.

The Vitra store at the entrance and exit to the Passagehof gives a small preview of what Karlsruhe residents can expect on the upper floor of FischerOffice from fall 2025: design meets function and New Work.

The basement is largely dedicated to schoolchildren and those who will soon be.
