Formats such as the Mixology March, the Long Night of Breweries, the KAMUNA, the Diner en blanc or Sleep in Your City enable partners to visibly position their offers in an eventful environment and actively help shape the destination of Karlsruhe.

The online marketing of KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH combines the digital annual campaign, the website www.karlsruhe-erleben.dethe social media channels @visitkarlsruhe on Instagram and Facebook and the monthly B2C newsletter. Through these channels, we offer partners attractive opportunities to visibly place their offers and jointly strengthen the visibility of Karlsruhe as a destination.

  • KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH's annual campaign to promote Karlsruhe as a destination - both nationally and internationally - relies on year-round visibility through digital formats (including DOOH, native ads, rich media ads, SEA, social ads). This continuous background noise is specifically supplemented by seasonal peaks, which are divided into clearly defined campaign flights.

    As part of this annual campaign, we offer partners a wide range of participation opportunities to make their brand visible in an attractive tourist environment and jointly strengthen the appeal of Karlsruhe as a destination.

All formats lead to thematically relevant subpages and thus contribute to a joint increase in reach.

  • Inspiring insights into the city, current highlights, events and special offers are communicated via the @visitkarlsruhe social media channels (especially Instagram). Partners have the opportunity to present themselves authentically in this environment and achieve reach within a community with an affinity for tourism and experiences.

    Possible participation formats:

    Instagram Dark AdsCreation and display of dark ads via @visitkarlsruhe. The placement costs are passed on to the partner on a pro rata basis, and an additional processing fee is charged.
    Prerequisite: The product or offer must fit into the editorial content plan and the brand world of @visitkarlsruhe brand world.
    Sweepstakes cooperationIntegration of a competition on the social media channels of @visitkarlsruhe to increase reach, interaction and brand awareness.

The Karlsruhe Showcase is not only the central point of contact for tourists and citizens who want to find out about the city's attractions and offers. It is also a lively meeting place - a place of encounter, inspiration and experience. 

The Karlsruhe showcase will itself become a venue for receptions, information days, readings and much more. In the 280 square meter space, a visit to one of the most modern tourist information offices in Germany becomes a digital experience.

CI-Wall

The Customer Journey is an interactive tour where visitors can individually select their interests and compile them into a personalized micro-page.
The Digital Marketplace consists of three touchscreens on which content and offers are presented. Visitors can explore topics, save products or events as favorites and add their selection to their own Schaufenster Karlsruhe page.

Thanks to its central location in the Karlsruhe shop window, you can reach a large number of walk-in customers.
