Germany's first organic fine dining restaurant, erasmus , is located in a listed Bauhaus-style building in Karlsruhe's Dammerstock district. It was awarded the green star for sustainability by Michelin in 2022. Andrea and Marcello Galotti's kitchen combines "Italian software with regional hardware". They use seasonal, certified organic and primarily high-quality regional products. When using meat, attention is paid to "nose to tail", i.e. the whole animal is used. In the adjacent delicatessen store, some of the products you have just tasted, such as pasta, natural wine and olive oil, can be purchased.
