On Thursday, July 14, 2022, visitors to Karlsruhe's city center were able to experience a very special, summery atmosphere at the first city variety show in the train-free Kaiserstraße. The evening was rounded off with relaxed DJ beats and drinks from the outdoor bar.

In the one-hour program, artistry, juggling and acrobatics came together in the middle of Kaiserstraße. Artists from Karlsruhe and beyond surprised the audience with a lively and diverse city variety evening. Where just a few months ago the overhead lines were still serving the streetcars, artists presented spectacular aerial artistry at a height of eight meters. The city variety show was complemented by a ten-piece dance company and acoustic music. Accompanied by a presenter, the audience was guided through the evening with little surprises.

From 6 p.m., a DJ played relaxed beats for a summery after-work atmosphere. To really enjoy the evening, the Venusbar mobile bar right next to the stage provided refreshing drinks for young and old.

A colorful summer evening full of artistry, live music, juggling, dance and acrobatics - in the middle of Kaiserstraße!
