From September 16 to 22, 2022, it was once again "Karlsruhe spielt" (Karlsruhe plays) throughout the city. As part of this, parts of Kaiserstraße were transformed into a true play paradise for children.

"Karlsruhe spielt" is a campaign of the Children's Office of the City of Karlsruhe. The aim of the decentralized campaign is to offer children the opportunity to rediscover their city districts and thus the public space, to increase the quality of time spent in public spaces and to get to know the city from a different perspective.
