Friends of good taste, on 01.10.2022 at 7 pm (admission from 6 pm) the first wine tasting of Schmelz, Perlage und Bodensatz will start in the Bar Minestrone. The guys from Schmelz, Perlage und Bodensatz are not expert wine professionals, but three wine-crazy birds who want to share their passion with you. The knowledge comes from the expert (always the guest), the Minestrone becomes a living room.
The first guest will be Christoph Raffelt, a journalist, copywriter and podcaster from one of Germany's most popular wine podcasts (Originalverkorkt), who will take a closer look at the wine-growing regions of our region with you. In his luggage: five exciting wines from Baden, Palatinate, Alsace and Württemberg. To accompany the wines, chef Salvatore will serve us a fine selection of Mediterranean dishes. The price includes the wines, water and food during the wine tasting.
