the Science Camp Future Lab, everything revolves around the mobility of tomorrow—and your ideas! Here, you can dream, experiment, and build your own vision of the future. No right or wrong answers, no guidelines: You decide what mobility should look like.
Together with scientists from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and experts in futurology, you’ll discover what the future could look like. You’ll learn to identify trends in mobility and develop your own future scenario.
This raises questions such as: Which solutions are realistic? Which visions require courage? And how can we design mobility in a way that connects people rather than excluding them?
It’s not just about technology, but also creativity, team spirit, and your perspectives. Your thoughts, your questions, and your perspective are crucial as we shape the mobility of tomorrow to be fair, sustainable, and livable.
During the five-day camp, you’ll work with creative methods and digital tools (3D printers, podcast studio), develop your own concepts, and build prototypes of your ideas for the future—from smart transportation systems to innovative modes of transport. You’ll discuss ideas with researchers, gain insights into current projects, and work in a team on solutions that can truly make a difference. It’s not just about technology—creativity, team spirit, and your perspective matter too.
Your ideas can be more than just visions: whether it’s a business model, a campaign, or a prototype—you decide how far you go. At the end, you’ll present your vision of the future to an audience and show how you want mobility to look in the future. Are you in?
