Clear the ring for unbridled unicorn love! ok.danke.tschüss are back and defending their world championship title as "The World's Most Polite Rebellion." With their new album KNUTSCHEN & BOXEN, they present songs about falling in love with the right and absolutely wrong people, while dishing it out in all directions in their usual manner. A roundhouse kick of love. After the album tour in November 2025 announced its first venue upgrades and sold-out shows, the band from Mannheim is now announcing a second leg of the tour in March 2026. Nine cities, two countries, one announcement: ok.danke.tschüss STRIKES BACK!
With KNUTSCHEN & BOXEN, ok.danke.tschüss also enter a weight class of their own musically. The more guitar-heavy sound adds a new facet to the already distinctive synths, creating even more impact. What hasn't changed is the unbeatable charm of the German-language lyrics. Thematically, ok.danke.tschüss dance more around the topic of love and falling in love, but still deliver their politically critical jabs.
ok.danke.tschüss have made a name for themselves in the German indie scene. Not only do they play at all the major festivals such as Southside, Deichbrand, Highfield, and Open Flair, but they also regularly create viral hits on their social media channels with singles such as "Joel," "Zu laut in der Disko," and "Verrückt." This is how they conquered the viral charts and indie playlists on Spotify. Sold-out headlining tours followed. It's no surprise that Alligatoah took notice of ok.danke.tschüss and promptly took them on his arena tour. The collaboration has since intensified and the band is now signed to Alligatoah ("oah! Musik").
