Moonlight - a 'Serenade'
Since time immemorial, we humans have been connected to the moon.
Let's follow its glow and rhythm on a journey through the culture, history, and exploration of our faithful satellite.
Learn more about our most loyal companion. Immerse yourself in the 'moonlight'!
Here, the planetarium becomes a lunarium.
Since time immemorial, alongside the sun, the light of the moon has shaped human life, serving as the first calendar and a source of longing for many feelings and stories.
Here you can learn everything you ever wanted to know (and perhaps never dared to ask) about the natural and cultural history of our faithful satellite, and get an extra dose of moonlight!
"Moonlight" is a production of the Laupheim Planetarium.
First, we will give an introduction to the current moon cycle and starry sky above KA.
If the weather is clear, we will also take a look at the evening's celestial objects through a telescope, if possible.

Duration of the event: approx. 60 minutes
For adults and children aged 10 and above
Admission: approx. 30 minutes before the start.
Please note: No late admission!
Unused ticketswill expire without replacement.
Note: 'Moonlight – a Serenade' is not a (purely) musical program, nor is there any live music. The planetarium program is an atmospheric serenade to the moon and humanity's relationship with it, accompanied by atmospheric sounds. The term 'serenade' therefore aptly describes the character of this rather slowly narrated and easily accessible planetarium program.
