The bass vibrates, the confetti flickers and the iconic red uniforms glitter in the strobe. Their infectiously danceable combination of hypnotically driving techno and expressive brass music has been creating a huge party buzz across continents since 2016. With viral hits and sold-out clubs, the eleven musicians from Hamburg are creating electronic ecstasy. What began as a small experiment on the streets of St. Pauli has developed into a globally celebrated phenomenon. Using only acoustic instruments, they are revolutionizing techno and redefining the idea of the brass band at the same time.
