Enjoy the special atmosphere of the zoo on a summer evening: This is possible on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6. That's when the Karlsruhe Night Zoo opens its doors. "The premiere of the Night Zoo last year was a complete success. We received a lot of positive feedback," reported zoo director Dr. Matthias Reinschmidt last year. So nothing stands in the way of an evening visit to the zoo in 2019!
In general, all animal houses are open until 10 pm on both evenings. Admission is possible from 5 p.m. at the evening rate, and annual tickets are also valid on the evenings.
In addition to evening events, there will be additional gastronomic offerings throughout the park. In addition to a beer garden and a small cocktail bar, there will be food trucks to cater for your physical well-being. The Gondoletta boats will be in operation until dusk, so you can also enjoy the special atmosphere of the Zoologischer Stadtgarten in the evening from the water.
