From June 25–28, 2026, the HafenKulturFest will bring live music, harbor tours, family activities, culinary delights, and unique harbor experiences right to the water’s edge—four days of summer vibes on the Rhine.
125 Years of the Karlsruhe Rhine Port: From June 25 to 28, 2026, the
HafenKulturFest invites you to its grand anniversary edition at the Karlsruhe
Rhine Port. For four days, the port’s unique atmosphere will be complemented by live music,
culinary delights, family activities, and special insights into the world of the
port.
The festival kicks off as early as Thursday with a big warm-up
featuring DJ Michael Spleth right on the waterfront. Over the weekend,
numerous bands and artists will provide a wide variety of music
— from rock, surf rock, reggae, and shanty music to jazz
and French chansons.
Other highlights include the
time-honored Stadtwerke Cup organized by the Rheinbrüder Karlsruhe,
harbor tours aboard the MS Karlsruhe, spectacular water rescue drills,
historic train rides organized by the Ulm Railway Enthusiasts, and
views of the harbor area from the telescopic crane.
Families can also look forward to a varied program featuring hands-on activities, a carousel, a bouncy castle, a pirate camp, and street performers.
The
HafenKulturFest combines culture, music, and harbor life into a
special summer weekend right on the Rhine—open, lively, and with
a unique atmosphere.
