Fiva [ˈfaɪva] alias Nina Sonnenberg has been on stage for two decades. With her new album "NINA" and accompanying tour, the Munich rapper, presenter and author is celebrating her 20th anniversary on stage. In addition to her own emotional states, she also captures the perspectives, insecurities, hopes and fears of all those who have grown up between big city dreams and small town heroism. And when you take a look behind the scenes of Fiva, you understand why this album is so personal at times and therefore so moving: the musician lost her mother within a short space of time and then became a mother. On the first single "Auf mich", she talks freshly and self-confidently about this time of private upheaval. She encourages and gives comfort and strength to all those for whom life has pulled the rug out from under their feet. FIVA never takes her role in the (hip-hop) world too seriously and describes with ease and a twinkle in her eye why she has been very successful on the German pop music scene with her very own path for 20 years now ("Einfach nicht zu bremsen").
