The poetic tale of the little prince, who travels to the strangest planets in search of freedom and friends, continues to touch generations of readers. With this plea for curiosity, tolerance and humanity, we are coming to Karlsruhe's classrooms and surrounding areas - and the children will not just be spectators, but will be king, businessman, geographer, snake and fox and bring the rose to life.
Dance and theater educator Steffi Heiner studied educational science and philosophy at the University of Erfurt. She has been head of theater education at stellwerk - junges Theater Weimar since 2009. Since then, she has created many productions for and with children, most recently Mio, mein Mio and Die Räuber. She specializes in plays for the very youngest children.
