Eight years ago, five dedicated women rolled up their sleeves to support a small village school in Kimuka/Nairobi. What began as a mini mulled wine market with a purely charitable purpose has developed over the years into a genuine artists' market with an enchanting atmosphere. The basic charitable idea has remained, but today the offerings and the artists are equally enchanting. Mulled wine is served in the former wash house, art in the barn and cowshed and live bands delight visitors from the dizzying heights of the former hayloft. Artists from around Karlsruhe offer handmade - recycled - unique items.
