"Klima Mobil" campaign day in June 2022 in Wörth am Rhein.
With 'KLIMA Mobil', the town of Wörth am Rhein will be exploring the question of whether Wörth can do even more in terms of environmentally friendly mobility or how Wörth's cycle path concept can lead to even more climate-friendly journeys.
All citizens will have the opportunity to try out various climate-friendly means of transportation or complete a course on a loaded cargo bike. A bike tour to Schaidt starts directly in front of the town hall, where anyone who is hungry for exercise can saddle up for their own fitness and for the climate.
Anyone wishing to purchase a new bike can take part in the fundraising bike auction and - once the hammer has fallen - perhaps cycle home with a 'new' bike.
A photographer will also be on hand to take climate portraits of those interested, and food and drink will also be provided: from steamed dumplings to sustainable hot dogs and muffins, a variety of treats will be available.
