 In their lecture, Dr. Klaus Nippert and Andrea Stengel, the two curators of the exhibition "200 Years | 100 Objects", present the history of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in historical photographs and using its art objects.
They take a visual stroll from the two beginnings of KIT as the Karlsruhe Polytechnic School (founded in 1825) and the Karlsruhe Nuclear Research Center (founded in 1956).
Dr. Klaus Nippert is head of the KIT archive and records management. Andrea Stengel is curator of the KIT art collection and supervises the KIT's art in architecture projects in the Planning and Building Department.
