“Especially in times when so much is being put to the test, it’s important to highlight the value that culture brings to our society,” emphasizes Stephan Theysohn, program manager for the “Kultur in Karlsruhe” umbrella brand at KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH and overall coordinator of KAMUNA. “Culture fosters connection, education, and inspiration—that’s exactly what makes KAMUNA so special,” he explains proudly, adding: “With the motto ‘Culture Matters!’, we are therefore deliberately sending a positive message in support of cultural diversity in Karlsruhe.”
Now in its 27th year, the Karlsruhe Museum Night brings together various cultural institutions and transforms the city into a nighttime cultural highlight for all generations.
“KAMUNA is much more than just a museum night,” explains Stephan Theysohn. “It’s an invitation to experience Karlsruhe from a new perspective. When museums, galleries, and cultural venues transform into vibrant spaces for experiences until midnight, you can really feel why culture matters.”
Advance Sales and Tickets
Advance ticket sales, priced at 10 euros, begin on June 22 at the Tourist Information Office in the Schaufenster Karlsruhe, at all ticket offices of the participating KAMUNA institutions, and online via the Reservix ticket portal. Tickets will be available at the box office on August 1 for 12 euros.

There, you can save individual program items to a wish list and create your own personalized museum guide for the evening. Once again this year, two shuttle bus routes will conveniently transport visitors from the Natural History Museum to all the highlights of Karlsruhe’s Museum Night. The shuttle is included in the KAMUNA ticket.
