"Impact Hub"

After the opening of the Fair Fashion Store another new opening is now eliminating vacancies in Ostliche Kaiserstraße: the "Impact Hub" at Kaiserstraße 97 is becoming a multifunctional usage concept and platform for sustainable and social projects.

Equipment of the co-working space

In future, the new business space will offer room for workshops, events, open coworking, meetings or can be used for traditional office work. Members of the Impact Hub itself as well as external organizations and companies can rent the space.

There are separate areas for co-workers that offer space for up to 15 people. All users have access to a fully equipped kitchen with sink, stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

There is also a large communal table that can be used for meetings, discussions or other gatherings. The large workshop room can be used flexibly and has a room divider to enable smaller meetings. The glass walls can be opened for events and offer space for theater seating, for example. All existing furniture is flexible and can be adapted as required. There are stackable chairs, foldable tables, flipcharts and projectors. The window sills are equipped with mobile benches and can be moved in if required. Telephone booths are also available for undisturbed telephone calls and online meetings. A further meeting corner offers space for smaller meetings and discussions. Shelves and cupboards provide sufficient storage space for documents, books, magazines and board games.

Utilization concept

The utilization concept of the "Impact Hub" offers flexible use for different needs. When furnishing and designing the premises, particular attention was paid to creating a pleasant working atmosphere.

The "Impact Hub" in the "Östliche Kaiserstraße" district is therefore a new place for innovative ideas and an inspiring environment for creativity and cooperation.
