Many years ago, Mama Thanh left her home country of Vietnam for faraway places, curious and full of zest for action, with a passion for cooking and knowledge of the specialties of South Vietnamese cuisine. With Mama Thanh in Karlsruhe's Weststadt district, she is now fulfilling her long-awaited dream of opening her own restaurant.
