We pay attention to the best ingredients, because we love good products and make no compromises. That's why we prefer to work with regional, certified suppliers, especially when it comes to meat and vegetables. More than 200 wines - regional drops & great international wines - are just as much fun as our classic cocktails and a large selection of fine spirits, not forgetting our Bavarian beer and espresso roasted in Karlsruhe.
