The former
Ballet dancer Heidi Bouché and the
Karlsruhe artist Marvin Meyer have redesigned the premises at Waldstraße 69 with great attention to detail and incorporated their very own style: the entrance area now has an elegant, purist look with a few pink accents, while the rear part of the café invites guests to linger in stylish gray tones with comfortable upholstered furniture. For some time now, they had been pursuing the idea of creating a café that transforms into a wine lounge in the evening and also offers space for art exhibitions.
Marvin Meyer had already been involved in the former Ast Art Café, which was previously located in the same premises. When the opportunity finally arose, they took over the premises and implemented their own concept. They opened Café Rosé for the first time at the beginning of November 2025 and have since attracted many people from Karlsruhe with its elegant, feel-good atmosphere. They attach particular importance to ensuring that guests can relax, enjoy themselves, and discover art at the same time.
Rosé also clearly focuses on culinary enjoyment:
