The ticket office is located at the main entrance on the level of
Zähringerstraße-Brücke (2nd floor, accessible via the exits of
parking decks 7-10).
The parking garage is equipped with the barrier-free and ticketless Freeflow license plate recognition system Autopay. To pay, the license plate number is entered on site at the pay machine or online within 48 hours of exiting.
The monitor at the exit shows the payment status and also reminds you of the additional payment within 48 hours with a red exclamation mark. Please note that additional costs will be charged after 48 hours following the exit in accordance with the conditions of hire.
