Baking is love and passion. We would like to bring this back to life. We prepare everything ourselves in our bakery. We bake fresh several times a day, so that you can still enjoy oven-fresh pretzels, bread or baguettes in the late afternoon.
Ingredients and ingredients:
We bake exclusively with flours from Kraichgaukorn from the region. Our fruit, such as plums and apples, is also sourced from local markets. We offer spelt lovers a wide range of baked goods made from pure spelt flour.
Integration company:
People with and without disabilities work together in our bakery and in sales. We therefore place great value on respectful and friendly cooperation.
Social commitment:
With the "Mehrwert-Brezel" campaign, we want to support projects in the Karlsruhe area that are primarily aimed at helping children. For every pretzel purchased, 0.10 cents is donated to an institution, organization or other project. A different recipient is selected each quarter.
