Mühlburg

Mühlburg is one of the smaller districts in the fan-shaped city, but should by no means be underestimated! “Small, but wow!” is the motto here – the district, situated on the western edge of the city, unites the urban and rural landscapes, as well as the river with its port on the Rhine. Independent shops are dotted among very special insider tips – Mühlburg is definitely worth a visit!

The direct access to the Rhine gives Mühlburg room to breathe, creating an atmosphere conducive to recreation. Independent shops are dotted among everyday businesses. Mühlburg, which, by the way, was the birthplace of honorary citizen Carl Benz, was completely renovated under the motto “Modern Mühlburg”, and now includes plenty of green spaces. Primarily Rheinstrasse, the main shopping street in the district, was rebuilt and now invites visitors to browse and shop with its new design.

Mühlburg is easy to reach using public transport. You will be best off changing at the Europaplatz interchange, which is located centrally. Would you like to know when the next tram to Mühlburg will arrive? Click here.
