The World Games 2029 Karlsruhe GmbH is a newly founded municipal company that is still under construction. With the aim of successfully staging The World Games 2029, the major international sporting event for non-Olympic disciplines, the City of Karlsruhe intends to do more than just host a major sporting event: as an international platform, the Games will act much more as a social catalyst, a powerful symbol of democratic values and social cohesion and a contribution to living cultural and social diversity with an impact beyond the event itself.
