The area around the Stadtwerke Karlsruhe WINTERZEIT is barrier-free and accessible via ramps at the entrances, so baby carriages can be brought into the winter village without any problems.

Yes, there are barrier-free toilets on the site behind the large drinks hut.

Lost hats, scarves and gloves can often be found among the lost property in the rental tent. Please ask directly on site. Valuables that are not collected will be taken to the lost and found office of the City of Karlsruhe at Kaiserallee 8 after the Stadtwerke Karlsruhe WINTERZEIT.

There are lockers in the rental tent. The number is limited for reasons of space. There is a fee of 1.00 Euro per locker. The fee is charged each time the locker is opened.
