The Long Night of the Karlsruhe Breweries event is organized by KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH (hereinafter "Organizer") in cooperation with the participating breweries S'Badisch Brauhaus Braugesellschaft mbH, Fächerbräu GmbH, Privatbrauerei Hoepfner GmbH, Hatz-Moninger Brauhaus GmbH, Familienbrauerei Kühler Krug GmbH & Co.KG, Essen mit Herz und Pfefferle GmbH, Vogelbräu GmbH and Vogel Hausbräu GmbH & Co.KG (hereinafter "Cooperation Partners").

1House and visitor regulations
The breweries of the aforementioned cooperation partners are the venue for the event. The respective house and visitor rules of the cooperation partners apply. The cooperation partners have sole domiciliary rights at the event venues.

2. Information on the protection of minors
The general provisions of the Youth Protection Act apply. Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) apply.
§ 2 Obligation to check and provide proof
The organizer or trader is obliged to check the age of the persons concerned: In cases of doubt, the age of young people will be checked.
§ 4 Restaurants
Staying in restaurants: Children and young people under the age of 16 may only be allowed to stay in restaurants from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. if they are accompanied by a person with parental authority or guardianship. Young people aged 16 and over may not be allowed to stay in restaurants from midnight to 5 a.m. unless accompanied by a person with parental authority or a person with parental responsibility.
§ 9 Alcoholic beverages
Distribution and consumption in public: Beer, wine, wine-like beverages or sparkling wine or mixtures with non-alcoholic beverages may not be distributed to children and young people under the age of 16. Other alcoholic beverages or foodstuffs may not be supplied to children and young people under the age of 18, nor may they be permitted to consume them.

3. General ticket and admission regulations
Only persons who can present a valid ticket and who have been admitted by the organizer are admitted to the Long Night of the Karlsruhe Breweries event. If tickets are misused or passed on without authorization, they may be confiscated by the organizer without replacement.
The ticket entitles the holder to participate in the "Lange Nacht der Brauereien Karlsruhe" and to use the KVV network during the specified event period as a ticket for a return journey to and from the event venues on all buses and trains in the entire Karlsruhe public transport network. The tariff regulations and conditions of carriage of the KVV apply.
Tickets for the event are available in the online store of KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH at www.karlsruhe-erleben.de and at the Karlsruhe Tourist Information OfficeKaiserstr. 72-74, 76133 Karlsruhe. The following terms and conditions apply to online ticket orders General Terms and Conditions.


a. Dispatch
Paper tickets are sent by post at the customer's expense, whereby the organizer selects the shipping company and provides it with the customer's shipping data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). The risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by the organizer. The corresponding delivery to the customer shall regularly take place within seven (7) working days of the order confirmation (see Section 2.2). If the ticket has not been received by this time, the Organizer must be notified immediately of any loss in transit at the contact address.

b. Withdrawal and refund
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, the customer has no right of withdrawal when purchasing a ticket. This means that there is no two-week right of withdrawal or return. Every offer or order of tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation by the organizer and obliges the customer to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.
Exchange and return of tickets are generally excluded. If a customer is unable to use their ticket for personal reasons (e.g. illness), the ticket may be passed on to a third party as an exception within the scope of the exceptional provisions. The exceptional provision includes the private transfer of a ticket for non-commercial or commercial reasons, in particular in individual cases in the event of illness or other prevention of the customer.

There is no entitlement to a replacement if the ticket is lost. Likewise, there is no entitlement to a replacement if the tasting glass is broken.

4. Cancellation of the event
For urgent reasons, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event subject to a reasonable period of notice. This also applies to supporting and evening programs. In the event of postponement or cancellation, the ticket costs will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred by the participant will also not be reimbursed.
