Catch, Carry, Release! Dance workshop with Paul Calderone
A playful dance workshop for all levels. Through guided improvisation, you will explore your body's natural movements. We will experiment with different weights, textures, and qualities—from light and floating to grounded and powerful—and discover how simple movements can be transformed into expressive compositions. We will also develop short choreographic sequences together. The event is free of charge, but prior registration is required. At the end, you decide how much you would like to contribute as a donation.
