We take you to the construction site: in the shell of Module 1, you can experience the renovation and expansion of the Badisches Staatstheater up close. On secure paths, we open up a view of future public areas and backstage – and talk about the philosophy behind the "living room for the city." Where models and plans speak for themselves in the guided tour, here you can see the reality of construction: concrete, reinforcement, temporary pathways, initial technical infrastructure. Together, we will put what we have seen into the context of the overall project and look ahead: How will the new building fit into the existing structure? What benefits will it bring for audiences, the arts, and the city?
