Training day at the Badisches Staatstheater
As an open and diverse workplace, we want to give young people the opportunity to discover their interests regardless of gender roles or career stereotypes. At the Badisches Staatstheater, there are many ways to get involved—artistically, technically, manually, and organizationally.
The training day begins with a tour of our training departments. Afterwards, participants have the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into a department for a further 90 minutes and learn about everyday working life on site.
With this offer, we want to provide guidance, open up new perspectives, and whet your appetite for the diverse training opportunities available at the Badisches Staatstheater.
On April 23, numerous companies will open their doors as part of Boys' and Girls' Day – students can be officially excused from school for this event. On this day, we are offering a training day aimed at students in grade 8 and above who are interested in the diverse range of apprenticeships available at a state theater.
The following departments can be visited on April 23:
Makeup
Event technology
Painting room
Stage design
Costumes
