The "Senior-friendly service" is a certificate awarded by the Stadtseniorenrat Karlsruhe e.V. to all companies that are exemplary in fulfilling their obligations to seniors.

Be it for seating in the shop or pricing information in a large, legible font – the "Senior-friendly service" label has become highly valued among seniors within a very brief time.

At approximately 100 certified establishments in the city, seniors know that they will be well taken care of and can shop in confidence.
