Culture in Karlsruhe is multifaceted: from watching a shark in the coral reef to moving theater moments or viewing old treasures in the museum - the city offers a broad spectrum of culture.
In order to offer those interested in culture an orientation and overview, the umbrella brand "Culture in Karlsruhe" publishes the highlights brochure every six months, which summarizes the most important events in a compact format.
Just in time for the start of the Karlsruhe Christkindlesmarkt, the latest edition presents highlights from December 2023 to June 2024: contemporary art exhibitions, Christmas comedies, documentary film festivals and classical concerts. The 50-page brochure offers a variety of suggestions for all age groups to spend entertaining hours in the city's cultural institutions.
The highlights brochure acts as a joint calendar of events and is one of the most successful print products of "Kultur in Karlsruhe". It highlights the association of the city's cultural institutions and increases the visibility of the diverse cultural offerings not only locally, but also regionally and beyond.
The new edition of the highlights brochure is now available free of charge at the Tourist Information Office on the market square as well as at the Kulturring's cultural flyer stands and all participating cultural institutions. It will also be on display during the Karlsruhe Christkindlesmarkt in the traditional Kulturhütte, where up-to-date information on events will also be available and suitable gift ideas for culture fans will be presented.
