Our path to a more sustainable future

The city of Karlsruhe has been certified as a sustainable travel destination since October 2023. The certification was issued by TourCert gGmbH and is valid until 2026.

The certification was initiated and carried out by KTG Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH. Tourist service providers, such as hotels, restaurants and leisure providers, are to be taken along on the path to a more sustainable future for Karlsruhe.

Karlsruhe residents and guests from near and far should be able to enjoy a high quality of life and a pleasant stay in a sustainable city
