KTG is offering a three-year apprenticeshipas a tourism and leisure management assistant (m/f/d) starting on September 1, 2027.

Your training:

- Organizational process of a DMO from a tourism and commercial perspective
- Contribute to flyers, advertisements, maintenance of website & social media channels as well as event and trade fair organization
- Direct customer contact with advice and sales in one of the most modern tourist information offices in Germany
- Get to know different areas of the tourism and leisure industry
- Intensive contact with customers, partners, service providers and colleagues
- Acquire extensive specialist knowledge
- Diverse and exciting areas of responsibility incl. own projects
- Accompanying vocational school: Robert-Schuman-Schule in Baden-Baden: On-site canteen, possibility to rent a place in a hall of residence free of charge (subject to availability)

Your profile:

- Secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur
- Fluency in German
- Another foreign language (English, French) is desirable
- Enjoy learning new skills and knowledge
- You enjoy working in a team and show initiative

We, Willms Touristik GmbH & Co. KG, are a coach tour company based in Much (Rhein-Sieg-Kreis) and operate the City-Tour sightseeing tours in Karlsruhe, Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Aachen and Dortmund. With our double-decker convertible bus, the discovery tours through the cities become an experience. Passengers experience all kinds of interesting and entertaining facts about the cities via "audio guide" - naturally in first-class sound and experience quality!

Requirements

• Valid category D driving license
• Place of residence near Karlsruhe
• Local knowledge in Karlsruhe
• German and English language skills (very good written and spoken)

Your tasks

- You take your passengers on the Citytour line safely and punctually to their destination

- You sell tickets and provide friendly information
