Central Kaiserstrasse
In summer 2025, a new experience space will be created in the heart of Karlsruhe's city center: three creative action weeks invite you to explore the first completely redesigned section of the Kaiserstrasse open, interactive and full of surprises. The series of events shows how much life, diversity and creativity there is in Karlsruhe's city center.
May 05 - 19, 2025 | Fotopoint - City moments to take away
An interactive photo point, which is a visual highlight that invites you to take photos, kicks off the neighborhood impulse. Whether it's a selfie, group picture or snapshot - very personal city moments are created here that can be taken away or shared on social media. Kaiserstrasse becomes the backdrop for memories and new perspectives on the city.

May 19 - June 01 | Sport in the City
In the second week, Karlsruhe's sports clubs take over the stage. With hands-on activities, demonstrations and information campaigns, they show the range of sports on offer in the city. A program to watch, try out and get active - for all generations. Kaiserstrasse is on the move!

June 16 - June 29 | Culture Week - Open Stage
Finally, things get cultural and musical: in the third week, Kaiserstraße is transformed into an open stage for local choirs, artists and bands. From singer-songwriters to dance performances and small ensembles - Kaiserstraße becomes a sound backdrop and offers Karlsruhe's creative minds a stage.

Community involvement for a lively city center
The neighborhood impulse is accompanied by committed associations, institutions and tradespeople who are actively shaping and enriching the urban space. Together, they are making the new Kaiserstrasse a tangible experience - as a place of exchange, community and inspiration.
