Free tickets for the Giant Ferris Wheel & WINTERZEIT

Especially at Christmas time, Karlsruhe offers a shopping experience for the whole family - diverse, atmospheric and full of magic. In addition to the Ferris wheel, ice skating rink, curling arena, children's land and the iconic flying Santa Claus, Karlsruhe's retailers and local restaurateurs also surprise visitors with festive activities and attractions.

The stores, hotels and restaurants in the first construction phase (Adlerstrasse to Ritterstrasse) of the redesign of Kaiserstraße are easy to reach during Advent and look forward to your visit. With a bit of luck, you will receive a free ticket for the Ferris wheel at the Christkindlesmarkt or for the Stadtwerke Karlsruhe WINTER TIME.

The most important information

A total of 2,500 free tickets will be made available. The distribution of the free tickets starts on November 26 with the beginning of the WEIHNACHTSSTADT Karlsruhe and lasts as long as stocks last - the companies determine the distribution concept individually. The free tickets for the Ferris wheel can be redeemed until December 23, 2024, the WINTER TIME free tickets can be redeemed from Monday to Thursday until January 26, 2025.
