Kaiserstraße between Adlerstraße & Lammstraße
Every first and third Wednesday of the month, the Kaiserstrasse became an inner-city stage under the direction of KME Karlsruhe Marketing und Event GmbH - with a varied program of singing, brass band music and swing along the construction sites between Adlerstrasse and Lammstrasse. While the first construction phase of the redesign of Kaiserstraße continued to take shape, changing artists between the construction fences and excavators provided atmosphere and joie de vivre.
A special highlight took place on September 17: In cooperation with the association Swing in Karlsruhe e.V. and the Karlsruhe musician and dance teacher Richard Hertel open swing jam sessions and taster dance courses were offered alternately. Here it was not only possible to listen and watch, but also to join in - whether dancing or making music.
The venues moved with the construction progress - if you kept your eyes and ears open, you couldn't miss them! In addition to the music, red carpets and large beach flags indicated the venues. It started on July 9, 2025 in the area in front of the Kleine Kirche and at Kaiserstrasse 145, the last performance took place on October 15, 2025 on the corner of Ritterstrasse in front of Deutsche Bank.

"Bagger & Beats" was a measure of the city marketing as part of the construction site marketing on the occasion of the redesign of Kaiserstrasse.
