An ensemble of three historic buildings, the oldest dating back to 1463, a former barn and its adjoining house—lovingly transformed into a modern apartment building with four apartments and a vacation apartment, as well as a seminar room. Located in the heart of the old village center of the artists' colony of Grötzingen. With plenty of old-world charm, yet in keeping with the spirit of today. And soon to be enjoyed. Good day, We would like to inform you that the city of Karlsruhe has been charging an accommodation tax, known as the City Tax, since July 1, 2025. This tax is used to promote and finance tourism and cultural projects in Karlsruhe. Who is affected? All persons who stay overnight in Karlsruhe for a fee are liable for tax.
