The project "City Transformation" project aims to further develop and strengthen inner-city districts with a retail focus. This is to be done together with the inner city stakeholders. The focus is on the cooperative development of communication and marketing measures. The jointly developed measures will be flanked by transformative impulses - in particular real-world laboratories, neighborhood impulses, temporary rentals of vacant premises, events - as well as expertise from external experts.

- Street art in the form of graffiti cubes and a floor painting
- Mobile street furniture to increase the quality of stay
- Regular events on Saturdays in summer. 2023 as "Karlsruhe meets up!" and in 2024 for the first time as "Lounge 76"
