Tealaxy - the new bubble tea and cloudwich galaxy in Karlsruhe

Since summer 2025, Tealaxy has been located at Kaiserstraße 132, more precisely in Karlsruhe's Passagehof, where it delights Karlsruhe locals with Asian pastries and trendy bubble tea creations.

"The name Tealaxy combines our passion for tea and the starry sky. We want our guests to immerse themselves in a small 'tea galaxy' and enjoy a relaxed and special time with us," say the two owners Cuizhu Wang and Huyan Yang, describing their passion project Tealaxy. "We opened this store because we ourselves enjoy good tea, fresh pastries and a cozy atmosphere. Everything we offer here is what we love ourselves and would like to share with others," says Cuizhu.

The drinks at Tealaxy are not only colorful, but also of high quality. The teas are carefully selected and combined with different flavors. For example, the iced teas contain fresh limes and pieces of fruit. The selection of different bubble tea combinations is huge and the different flavors mean that everyone in Karlsruhe will get their money's worth: from strawberry matcha latte and mango matcha latte to bubble tea with coconut milk and frozen yoghurt slushes, there is something for everyone. Sustainability and fresh Chinese cakes at Tealaxy in the heart of Karlsruhe

Sustainability also plays a major role at Tealaxy in Passagehof: "It's important to us that enjoyment and environmental awareness go together. That's why we use reusable cups: if you wash out your Tealaxy cup and bring it back with you, you get a 30-cent discount on your next order," explains the owner. Your own cups are also welcome - the main thing is that the volume (500 ml for small and 700 ml for large drinks) fits. "Our straws, packaging and carrier bags are made of paper. That way, we save on waste together without compromising on quality," adds Huyan.

In addition to bubble tea, Tealaxy also offers cakes, which the two owners know and love from China. "We are delighted to be able to bring our Cloudwiches and Cakerolls to the fan-shaped city and spoil our guests with them," they say. Baked fresh every morning, the Cloudwiches and Cakerolls are made from particularly fluffy and airy sponge bases, which are refined with a creamy filling. Ordering from Tealaxy is then very easy. The owners have come up with various options:

- directly at the ordering station in the store

- via QR code with the smartphone

- or online, including payment and desired pick-up time

"For guests who are not yet familiar with our products, we are of course also happy to take the time for a personal consultation," explain Cuizhu and Huyan.

You can enjoy Tealaxy's delicacies in the cozy indoor area or on the outdoor seating with a view of the traffic-calmed Karlsruhe Passagehof.
