Luxurious fragrances for body, car and home at a low price
Dupario's success story began back in 2019: "We both come from the automotive industry and are also active in the tuning scene. We quickly came up with the idea of creating something of our own, away from the mainstream fragrance trees and towards beautiful and individual fragrances. Preferably those that resemble your own favorite perfume," says Sarah Ehnes, describing the initial thoughts behind Dupario. The couple started out with four fragrances, but now there are over 40 different fragrances in the store. "The demand was there immediately and our online store gradually took off," she explains. This led to the addition of other categories such as
- Women's fragrances
- Men's fragrances
- Room sprays
- Scented candles
and the online business was further expanded.
When the couple discovered the premises at Waldstrasse 71 in Karlsruhe, their dream of owning their own store became a reality. The couple managed to transform the former cell phone store into a brand new store on their own. "We did everything ourselves: designing signs, putting up shelves, wallpapering - everything that goes into opening a new store," says the owner. The store's vaulted cellar houses the warehouse and the dispatch station for the online store. This is also where the scented trees are produced, impregnated with perfume and packaged.
In the Dupario range: perfume twins for on the go
The small perfume twins are a real alternative to expensive branded products, from which they are inspired, but each fragrance stands for itself. However, there is no need to compromise on quality: "We work with professional perfumers and can therefore also offer very high quality," explains Sarah Ehnes.
The special thing about Dupario is the handy size of the perfumes: "We sell our fragrances in 33 ml sizes. On the one hand, this is naturally small and practical for when you're on the go, and on the other, it's also affordable," says the owner. She also reveals that new fragrances will soon be available in the store.

Many customers come, have the fragrance put on, let it work throughout the day and then come to buy it in the evening.
Individual fragrances for Karlsruhe cars and your own home
Roman Ehnes, who worked as a car valet for many years, quickly realized during his work that many car fragrances smell chemical and anything but pleasant. With"Keinduftbaum", the two owners have dedicated themselves to a high-quality car fragrance. The range includes fragrance jars, gels, plugs and sprays. "Of course, we also have the classic fragrance tree in our range - but based on natural perfume oils to avoid the chemical smell," explains Sarah Ehnes. However, if you want to wrap your own home in a pleasant and unobtrusive fragrance, you should seek advice on the room sprays and fabric fresheners - these are also perfect as a gift idea.
