Delicious Smashburgers are now available at Stephanplatz
Opened on April 5, 2025, Pattyville will delight the people of Karlsruhe with its popular Oklahoma Smash Burgers, making the hearts of all burger fans beat faster.

Located on the beautiful Stephanplatz, directly behind the Postgalerie, owner Ayoub has fulfilled a dream and brought the popular halal-style Smashburger to Karlsruhe city center with the Pattyville snack bar: "Our burgers are something very special in terms of taste. We attach great importance to quality and, of course, to the fact that our meat is halal," explains Ayoub. The term "smash" is derived from the way the patties are prepared. Here, the meat is first formed into a ball, placed on the grill plate and then smashed, i.e. flattened, so that it becomes thin and crispy. This makes the burgers - which are a must-try - taste even juicier and fresher. The selection of smashed burgers at Pattyville leaves almost nothing to be desired:
- Oklahoma Smash with 100% beef patty, grilled onions, cheese and cucumber
- Pattyville Original with 100% beef patty, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and onions
- Texas bacon with 100% beef patty, crispy bacon, grilled onions and cheese
- Nashville chicken with chicken tenders and coleslaw
- California mushroom with crispy mushroom tenders and coleslaw (vegetarian)
This can be accompanied by a choice of chips, coleslaw or chicken bites. The meat comes from the local butcher, the drinks from the Fächerbräu and Bellaris from the Palatinate.

Sweet milkshakes and loaded fries at Pattyville in Karlsruhe
If you want even more original American taste, you should try the homemade Pattyville milkshakes in strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, cookie, salted caramel or Lotus Biscoff flavors. Pattyville guests will also find "Loaded Fries" on the menu as another specialty. These include chicken fries with deep-fried chicken in a spicy marinade and homemade Pattyville sauce or beef fries with smashed beef patty, melted cheese and Pattyville sauce. Well, who isn't hungry yet? ;-)
