Founded in 2007, dean&david stood for the possibility of offering fresh and healthy dishes to anyone and everyone from the very beginning. Inspired by his six-month trip around the world after his studies, founder David Baumgartner from Munich was inspired by the most diverse cuisines in the world: modern salad bars in New York, fresh juice and smoothie stores in Australia or cookshops in the streets of Southeast Asia. And it is precisely this freshness, variety and internationality that the founder brings to his restaurants and plates.
