The Zalando Outlet new in Karlsruhe

Many Karlsruhe residents have been waiting for this: After cities such as Mannheim, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Ulm, Karlsruhe now also has its own outlet, making the online destination Zalando more accessible to customers.

Like every Zalando outlet in Germany, the store at Kaiserstrasse 90 is adapted to the respective location. Numerous motifs reminiscent of the fan-shaped city of Karlsruhe can be found throughout the store. In addition, the outlet is bright and modern, with an open space that invites shoppers to store extensively or simply relax. "We have free Wi-Fi, seating areas and generous signage so that customers can immediately see where they can find their favorite item," explains Zoltan Maklary, Head of Marketing at Zalando Stores.

By sorting by color, size and style - as with shoes: pumps, boots, sneakers - Zalando wants everyone to be able to find what they are looking for and quickly enjoy their new favorite items.

"We have a daily changing selection," explains Zoltan Maklary. "Thanks to our large warehouse in the store itself, we can always restock our shelves," he adds.

A second life for products and Zalando to touch now also in Karlsruhe

The first Zalando outlet opened in Berlin in 2012, giving clothing, accessories and home items a second life. The outlet range consists of items that were previously offered and not sold in the Zalando online store or the Lounge by Zalando shopping club. These are then sold in the outlet stores with discounts of up to 70%. "Of course, this is also the case here in Karlsruhe. The wide range of products in our outlets includes items from past seasonal collections, individual sizes and returned products from the online store or Lounge by Zalando with minor flaws. These are marked and visible to our customers," explains Zoltan Maklary.

From now on, Karlsruhe residents can also find bargains on well-known brands from the Zalando range and give clothing, accessories or shoes a second life.
