Crombo - brand new in Karlsruhe city center

With delicious cookies and filled croissant rolls, also known as New York Rolls, Crombo is now enchanting Karlsruhe's city center and attracting visitors to the Ettlinger Tor Center with a large selection of these treats.

"Small bites - big flavor" - this is the motto of Crombo, the sweet temple of indulgence that has been delighting Karlsruhe residents since 15 November 2025. Crombo has its roots and its first branch in Mannheim. Now the team wants to make dessert lovers' hearts beat faster in Karlsruhe too. If you want to try the delicious cookie varieties and croissant rolls, you have to visit the second floor of the Ettlinger Tor Center. In the middle of the shopping mall, Crombo's pink interior is modern, chic and very minimalist. The huge glass counter serves as the centerpiece, impressively showcasing the sweet treats and making you want to try them as soon as you enter. The Crombos - filled croissant rolls - delight with the combination of their crunchy exterior and fluffy interior with a creamy filling, topped with matching toppings. You can choose from the following:
